Not much to say other than the fact that I revised the type combo again, and also that the revised stats are based on Mantyke's, because Skarmory is a parallel to Mantine. I figured that since Skarmy's down feathers become hard over time, it keeps the type combo, and also works on physical stats rather than Mantyke's special stuff.
