Contest: Atoms and Molecules

My third and final entry to 's Contest [link]
I'm entering the middle one just 'cuz it makes the most sense for a Pokemon. See, these guys are based off - you guessed it - atoms. The first is from an Electric Hydrogen atom, which has only one Proton, the second an Electric/Psychic Helium atom, with two protons and two neutrons, and the last an Electric/Psychic Neon atom, with 10 protons and 10 neutrons. And there's all those cute lil' electrons too

081 - LECTROGEN (Electron+Hydrogen)
-Electric
-Electron Pokémon
-"LECTROGEN is kind and light of heart as well as light of body; its electricity gained from its two electrons allows it to levitate. It fights by detecting enemies that get within its field of energy, then zapping them."

082 - NEUTRIUM (Neutron+Helium)

-Atomic Pokémon
-"With four heads and six electrons, NEUTRIUM can produce more powerful electric charges than its pre-evolution. It gains energy from power plants and appliances, and can take out a rampaging TAUROS with a single 1000 volt shock."

462 - PRONETON (Proton+Neon)
-Electric/Psychic
-Molecular Pokémon
-"PRONETON's body is comprised of dozens of little smaller bodies, which provide a static electrical charge. It can use it to absorb electric energy, pick things up via static attraction, and add things to its orbit. It is constantly seeking round things which it adds to its 'electron' collection."
