First Elite Four Member, Irwin

Bio: "There are many words to describe Irwin the Bush Ranger: Adjectives like quirky, optimistic, friendly, and lovable; or nouns like naturalist, zoologist, conservationalist, and TV personality. He is all of these things and more - but his greatest love is raising Pokemon. Ever since he was a kid, he was fascinated with the wild species from foreign lands such as his homeland of Gaenn, and his love of Pokemon would catapult him into fame and fortune for many years. All that changed, however, when Irwin was involved in a freak accident and hospitalized with a RAYPOON barb lodged in his chest. To everyone's surprise, however, his talent for survival shone through when he recovered from a wound that would have been fatal - and not only that, he began developing poison glands in his fists as well, which he retains to this day. Irwin retired from his life on camera after that, but he remains an avid Pokemon trainer. He can be recognized for his distinctive 'outback' accent (particularly his trademark catchphrase, 'Crikey!'), his daredevil attitude towards all kinds of Pokemon, and his constant passion and dedication to his job."

Old art is old.

This is the first member of my Kroel Elite 4, who was once again created last year. Ever since I recieved word of Steve Irwin's death in 2006, I wanted to create a Pokemon trainer based off of him. It helps to know that ~darksilvania has created six Poison-type Austrailian Powermon, so not only does he fit with the design theme but also the type theme, since he specializes in Poison-types - but in a wild, Outback-style way. Hold those standard snakes and poison gas, please - we're talking ferocity, attitude, and poisonous barbs all around. It only makes sense for Irwin to be this way, because he and his Powermon go together like snakes and their poison!

That takes care of the two male Elite 4 Members, so that means I'll need to get to the female ones. Each of the four, like in the actual Pokemon games, has a team based on a single type. The girls are planned to be Fire-type and a Dark-type, just because I didn't use those types for my Southern Kroel Gym Leaders.
